Responsibilities

As a Veson Nautical Consultant, you will serve as the primary technical and project management contact throughout the sales, implementation, and deployment phases of our enterprise software solution for maritime commercial operations. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, including understanding customer needs, gathering requirements, establishing and maintaining project scope, facilitating communications and accountability, planning, tracking, and managing the implementation process, delivering customized training, and providing ongoing support to end‑users, IT, and management to ensure successful system adoption. You will work closely with our product team to define and verify customizations and drive enterprise software implementations.
