Job Description & Requirements Site Supervision and Coordination:
Oversee daily site operations to ensure that the construction project is progressing according to the project plan, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate and supervise the activities of workers, subcontractors, and equipment on site. Ensure that safety protocols are followed, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices. Enforce company policies and regulations to ensure smooth operations. Quality Control:
Ensure that all construction work is performed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and quality standards. Inspect the work being done and identify any issues or defects. Conduct regular checks on the quality of materials used and the workmanship on site. Safety Management:
