• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SUPERINTENDENT role doing self-perform construction
• Strong Planning & Scheduling Skills as well as personal planning.
• Proficient at plan reading and understanding specifications
• Understanding of budgets and job cost coding
• Ability to quickly evaluate trade labor
• Basic layout/survey experience
• Ability to supervise multiple crews on multiple projects at one time (ranging from $50k to $3M)
• Familiarity with union/trade labor & work rules
• Work in NJ/NY
