We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Site Manager to join a major commercial development in Maidenhead on a long-term freelance basis through to the end of 2027.

The project is a landmark multi-storey commercial scheme delivering approximately 79,000 sq ft of premium Grade A office accommodation alongside ground-floor retail and high-quality public realm works. Designed with sustainability at its core, the development incorporates an advanced mass timber structural system and is targeting industry-leading environmental certifications including BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum standards.
