Key Responsibilities
1. Construction & Project Management
- Manage new store construction and renovation projects from A to Z
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and opening schedules
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Review architectural and engineering plans to ensure compliance with brand standards
- Conduct site visits and track progress to meet deadlines
- Identify risks and resolve issues proactively
2. Permits & Regulatory Management
- Manage full municipal permitting process (city permits, occupancy, fire department, etc.)
- Prepare and submit permit documentation
- Follow up with municipalities to ensure timely approvals
