Position Overview
Role Purpose To run the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the business is organised, compliant and well-supported across administration, finance, HR, health & safety and project documentation. The Office Manager is the operational backbone of the business keeping ISO-accredited systems, supplier records and project paperwork in good order, and acting as the central point of contact for clients, subcontractors and the internal team. Key Responsibilities Office & Operations Run the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, with light support to the Exeter office. First point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, suppliers and client enquiries. Manage office supplies, equipment, IT liaison, facilities and general housekeeping. Maintain digital filing systems and document control across project, supplier and HR files.
