Position Overview
What you’ll be doing:
Specific duties include, but not limited to:
Evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering methods, techniques, procedures, and criteria to provide quality engineering servicesAnalyzes reports, maps, drawings, specifications, and other project dataMaintains project budgets, record keeping, materials testing, and inspectionsCommunicates with other engineers, technicians, drill crews, special inspectors, admin personnel, sub-consultants and contractors to provide servicePrepares and reviews technical reports and lettersSatisfies multiple and unrelated deadlinesMay supervise and direct engineering technicians, special inspectors, drill crews and subcontractorsPerforms field testing and site visits. Field work will include testing and inspecting soil, concrete, asphalt, and other construction materials at locations across our service area
