Construction Manager

We are working with a well-established, diverse and growing, Vancouver based property management firm seeking a full-time Construction Manager for their residential buildings in Lower Mainland area.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced construction maintenance person to grow and learn in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all major capital expenses for all buildings managed

Plan and budget all major capital expenses

Organize all renovations for all common areas and major capex projects for all buildings

Work with operations manager for any pending repair issues

Supervise all staff when needed

Supervise all contractors when needed

Handle tenant issues (, Repairs and maintenance)

Construction material delivery when needed

Work with the management team when needed
