Position Overview
Responsibilities - To understand all project schedule and requirements in order to perform overall planning, installation scheduling, co-ordination, management and overseeing the project and site activities to meet time and quality targets
- Coordinate activities of site personnel to ensure project progresses based on the project requirements
- Attend external and internal meetings
- Chair all Site Management meetings and manage capture and issuance of meeting minutes
- Attend scheduled meetings with clients and work closely with PM and Project Controls on the project construction schedule
- Manage and update the project progress with quantity surveying and status to PM and Project Controls timely & frequently
- Plan and manage off-site and on-site installation activities
