Position Overview
Construction Management - End‑to‑end management of the project lifecycle including scheduling, supervision, installation sequencing, and compliance with technical and client requirements.
Financial & Commercial Management - Manage contracts, budgets, financial forecasting, progress claims, variations, commercial terms, and procurement schedules.
Safety, Compliance & Quality - Ensure adherence to Singapore WSH regulations, site safety rules, inspections, quality controls, and CRS standards.
Planning & Coordination - Support pre‑construction activities, site readiness, material planning, cross‑functional collaboration, scheduling and logistics.
Stakeholder Management - Maintain client and partner relationships in the SEA region.
