Position Overview
Job Description: - Manage construction activities to make sure that compliance with cost, time, contract specification, health and safety, quality and environmental requirements are achieved; manage the development and implementation of programmes associated with project plans.
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Participate in the evaluation of the suitability of subcontractors.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Liaise with subcontractors and other service providers in relation to programmes and workmanship.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
