Position Overview
Hill International is seeking a Construction Manager in Seattle, Washington
Oversee the activities of the consultant team, including the Construction Management Consultant (CMC) or Design-Build Project Management Consultant (DBPM), depending on the project delivery method. Administer the CMC/DBPM Task Order including, providing monthly status reports, invoices, and hiring/managing sub-consultants. Prepare cost proposals and negotiate timely task orders (other than prime consultant’s task order). Perform complex assignments and may lead a team of construction management professionals for anything related to project delivery. Coordinate with the client’s construction management staff. Provide and document training of qualified prime consultant and their subconsultant’s staff.
