Position Overview
Job Description
- Lead and manage all MEP construction activities on-site for the data center project
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, design drawings, and international standards
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Identify and mitigate risks related to MEP works
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
- Drive quality control and assurance processes across all MEP disciplines
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
- Support client meetings, technical reviews, and project updates
