You will work closely with experienced trial lawyers on complex disputes involving developers, contractors, lenders, architects, engineers, and other key industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage key components of complex construction and infrastructure litigation files

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare litigation materials

Attend court appearances, arbitrations, examinations, and motions
