We are looking for a hardworking Construction Laborer to support commercial construction projects. This role involves hands-on work with concrete, asphalt, and general site tasks. Ideal candidates enjoy physical work, work well on a team, and are looking to grow in the construction industry.

**Responsibilities:**

Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, measuring, and assembling materials

Assist with concrete and asphalt work (forming, pouring, finishing, patching, cleanup)

Help prepare job sites by loading/unloading materials and keeping areas clean

Safely use hand tools and power tools

Follow supervisor instructions and basic project plans

Support skilled trades workers as needed

Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
