Salary: $38.50 hourly (40 hours per week)

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time

Education: College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a 1‑to‑2‑year program

Experience required: 1 to less than 2 years

Work location: Must be performed at the physical location; no remote option

Responsibilities

Read blueprints, schemas, and drawings

Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements

Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control

Prepare reports

Use MS Office

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Select trade subcontractors

Coordinate subcontractor activities

Supervision

Manage 5–10 people
