The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) providing technical and administrative contract support for all service contracts. Responsibilities Program Manager monitoring and controlling contract operations Develops quality assurance plans and methods of surveillance to monitor and evaluate contractor performance Conducts quality reviews to ensure operations are performed in an effective and professional manner Responsible for completing all COR training to include annual, contract specific, and other trainings as specified by acquisition guidleines and regulations Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Experience requirements are described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, HERE.
