Stantec is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our Infrastructure Field Services team in Ottawa. The role focuses on the administration of medium to large civil contracts and fostering a safety and collaborative culture.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Direct, organize, and control all aspects of work related to the administration of medium to large civil contracts of varying complexity.

• Work on moderate to complex problems requiring thorough analysis of situations or data.

• Ensure work on contracts proceeds according to approved plans, contract specifications, tender documents, procedures and quality standards.

• Coordinate team inspection activities to ensure conformance with specifications and contract documents.

• Review and prepare recommendations via memo format for clients in response to Requests for Clarification (RFCs)...
