An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Solicitor to join a growing legal team within a global professional services environment in Manchester.

This role offers the chance to work as part of a developing construction offering within an established real estate practice, advising on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters. You will be involved in drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties, as well as advising on wider development and infrastructure projects.

Alongside technical legal work, you will play a key role in project managing transactions, collaborating with colleagues across multiple disciplines, and contributing to the delivery of integrated client solutions.
