Position Overview

Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to provide administrative support for construction projects. The successful candidate will assist with project documentation, coordinate communications, track project records, and support project managers to ensure projects run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

+ Maintain project files, contracts, permits, and other construction documentation.

+ Assist with project scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.

+ Process purchase orders, invoices, and subcontractor documentation.

+ Track project progress and update reports.

+ Coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients.

+ Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with company procedures.
