Key Responsibilities

• Conference Production & Content Strategy: research, design, and develop engaging conference agendas aligned with market trends and industry needs; identify and secure high‑profile speakers, industry leaders, and key stakeholders; build strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and advisory boards to ensure content relevance and quality; continuously evaluate and enhance content strategy to drive audience growth and engagement.
• Conference Project Management: manage the full lifecycle of conference production from concept to on‑site delivery; develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met; coordinate cross‑functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and external partners; oversee speaker management, including briefing, onboarding, and on‑site coordination.
