Greet and direct clients, applicants, vendors, employees and visitors entering the reception area.
- Ensure all visitors are verified and entered into the I-Visitor system.
- Issue and retrieve temporary visitors badges as necessary.
- Receive and answer all incoming telephone calls, appropriately directing calls and inquiries when needed.
Ensures the correct functioning of conference center.
- Conduct daily walkthrough to ensure space is ready for use, AV equipment and furniture are in proper location and in good working order, lights are working, and area is clean.
- Respond to all requests from conference center users requiring porter, catering and AV equipment support.
- Problem solve to assist and when necessary, contact catering or utilize appropriate facilities and IT departments.
