Position Overview
Recruitment: Condominium Technician Scope Works - Hands on troubleshooting electrical trip issues and replacing light tubes and bulbs.
- Hands on replacing water taps / WC leakage issues.
- Knowledge of the water pump system in the fish pond and water tanks.
- Supervision of Works – Monitors daily site activities to ensure the contractor follows the approved scope, method statements, and work schedule.
- Quality Control – Checks that repairs (e.g., cracks, spalling concrete, waterproofing) and painting works meet required standards and specifications before, during, and after completion.
- Compliance & Safety – Ensures all works comply with regulations, safety requirements, and good industry practices (including MOM safety rules and BCA guidelines).
- Inspection & Reporting – Carries out inspections, highlights defects, and submits regular progress and quality reports to the Estate Manager.
