Position Overview
Responsibilities - Safely and efficiently transport goods from the batching plant to customer sites, providing excellent customer service.
- Unload goods at designated job sites within the specified time frame.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned trucks at all times.
- Ensure mixer drums are free of hardened concrete.
- Perform visual checks on concrete slumps and follow standard procedures.
- Conduct truck maintenance according to the maintenance checklist at planned intervals.
- Deliver delivery orders (Do's) to customers, ensuring they are signed and returned to the plant.
- Perform additional tasks as instructed.
Requirements - Proven experience as a truck driver in the logistics department or a similar role.
- Valid Class 4 Driving License.
- Clean driving record preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GPS usage and route planning.
