Position Overview
The role of Concierge will include:
Ensuring an exceptional service is provided to owners and offering support before, during and after they have moved into New Court, being on hand to provide them with a feeling of complete comfort and reassurance
Communicating with our Homeowners, relatives, friends, you will build an understanding of their interests, encouraging participation in activities as well as planning activities/events
Developing and delivering effective administrative procedures
Providing an effective concierge service including answering the telephone, coordinating on-site appointments, taking restaurant bookings and supporting the bar and restaurant service
Ensuring that the health and safety and security of the service is maintained to create a safe and secure environment
Ensuring that the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times
