Responsibilities

• Communicate with Transport for airport timings to ensure VIP visitors are accompanied upon arrival to the hotel auto.
• Attend to the unique requests made by VIP visitors either prior to, during, or after their stay.
• Aid the Visitor Providers Executives in their responsibilities, when called for.
• Lead by example by demonstrating the Heart of Jumeirah and leading principles in their role continually.
• Update all information provided by visitors into the Front Office PMS System promptly and ensure all required information has been provided.
• Be reliable in assisting visitors throughout their stay with any type of requests.
• Be able to perform any other duties as may reasonably be asked by management.
