Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager for Computer Laboratories assists the Manager for IT Response Center in the strategic planning, management, and operational oversight of all university computer laboratories. This role ensures the optimal functionality, security, and continuous support of laboratory resources critical for teaching, learning, and administrative operations. The incumbent directly guides and supervises Computer Laboratory Administrators, ensuring adherence to IT policies and the effective delivery of laboratory services aligned with the University’s curriculum and IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
