**Job Description:**

Summary:

+ ​Set-up andoperateall blending equipment to meet the Manufacturing Order (MO) instructions per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

+ Processworksorders efficiently and accuratelyaccording to theManufacturing Order (MO) instructions and the daily production schedule.

+ Create production batch samples of completed blends tofacilitateQuality Assurance testing requirements.

+ Prepare chemical solutions according to the formulas.

+ Calculate quantities. Weigh, verify,documentand complete batches.

+ Properly disassemble & reassemble equipment for cleaning following all safety guidelines.

+ Understand all part numbers, lot numbers, and product descriptions as they relate to the Manufacturing Order (MO).

+ Update andmaintainall required logs and paperwork within the department (i.e.: equipmentuses, cleaning logs, Manufacturing Order (MO) accurately.
