The Composite Technician II role presents an opportunity for the right individual to join RCL's Composites team. This position directly supports the PIC (Person in Charge)/ Team Lead and is expected to actively participate in repairs and help with the day-to-day success of the team.
- Travel 100% of the time, which may include composite part fabrication at our main shop. 6 day/ 60-hour work weeks are typical.
- Prioritize a safe work environment. This includes participating in a daily Plan of the Day (POD) meeting with the crew and understanding the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) before starting work. Safety is the top priority at RCL.
- Work at heights for external repairs or in confined spaces for internal repairs. You must be able to execute repairs confidently at extreme heights and in restricted spaces.
