Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary (CS) with experience in compliance and regulatory matters to join Raama Finance Limited as a Compliance Officer. The role will be responsible for ensuring adherence to RBI regulations, statutory requirements, internal policies, and corporate governance standards, while managing regulatory filings, audits, compliance monitoring, and strengthening the overall compliance framework of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, applicable laws, NBFC guidelines, KYC/AML requirements, and corporate governance standards while monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their impact on the organization.
