About the Role

We're hiring a Compliance Officer to own and strengthen our Swiss compliance function. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands Swiss AML law inside out and is equally comfortable navigating the complexities of crypto asset regulation.

You’ll be our internal expert on GwG/AMLA, VQF, and FINMA, with familiarity with EU frameworks (MiCA, FATF guidance) a strong plus. You’ll act as a sparring partner for the business and compliance team in day‑to‑day regulatory matters. Flat hierarchy, direct access to all relevant stakeholders.

Reports to the Head of Compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the implementation and continuous improvement of SCRYPT's AML/CFT programme under Swiss law (GwG/AMLA, FINMA AMLO, VQF rules)
• Lead client onboarding from a compliance perspective: CDD, EDD for high‑risk profiles, ongoing monitoring
