In this role, as a first line manager for a Compliance Operations Team – manage team of analysts to process cases and perform other operations activities in support of ADP's Financial Crimes Risk Management Program. Cases and operational responsibility can include KYC, Risk Rating, Periodic Review, Trade and Economic Sanctions PEP, Adverse Media and other FCRM/compliance activities.
