• Master License STCW II/2 or Chief Engineer STCW III/2
• BSc (Hons) Nautical Science or Marine Engineering
• Internal Auditor (ISM, ISPS, MLC)

• Strong operational understanding of offshore vessel operations, gained through prior sea‑going service as Master or Chief Engineer, or through significant experience in a senior Marine Compliance, Marine Assurance, or Marine Operations management role with direct exposure to shipboard activities.
