Description

We are seeking a Complex Director to own and accelerate growth across a defined California territory (excluding Sacramento), leading a multi-office complex with full P&L accountability. You will drive revenue and asset growth by executing a strategic plan focused on advisor and client acquisition, retention, and productivity—while building high-performing teams and leveraging strong operational partnerships to scale impact.
