Job Summary

The Compensation Officer serves as the technical expert in market pricing, salary architecture, and performance data modeling. As an individual contributor, you will own the “data engine” that drives the company’s reward strategy. You will act as a consultant to HR Business Partners and as a key gatekeeper for financial decisions—providing evidence‑based analysis and approvals for high-impact compensation actions.
