Position Overview
- Manage company benefits programs such as government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and leave entitlements.
- Liaise with benefit providers for enrollments, renewals, and claims processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate remittance and reporting of statutory benefits.
- Provide support to employees on benefits-related inquiries.
- Ensure all compensation and benefits policies comply with DOLE regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit required reports to relevant government agencies.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee compensation and records.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
