Position: Content Specialist, COMPASS Top of Form

About the Position

The full-time on-site Content Specialist will be responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day programming at Afterschool Program. The Content Specialist will focus on quality and delivery of services as well as coaching and development of Team Leaders and Instructors.



Specific Duties & Responsibilities


+ Directly coach and develop Team Leaders

+ Supervise and manage the flow of the day for after-school, and Summer Rising

+ Ensure the health, safety and well-being of program participants by providing supervision of activities

+ Assist in identifying and implementing engaging enrichment programs

+ Lead engaging, age-appropriate instruction in one designated content area that produces final project and/or culminating event
