Responsibilities

• Administers first aid treatments, routine BP, and provides medications for employees as needed. This includes monitoring and recording of patients' condition.
• Develop and implement health and safety programs.
• Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
• Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
• Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
• Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.
• Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.
• Assist all injured employees to the nearest clinics or hospitals.
• Schedule consultation and assist company doctor.
• Monitor medicine supplies and prepare requisition every 1st week of the month.
• Submit regulatory compliances to DOLE about Health and Safety.
