Responsibilities

• Implements the health measures of the company including safety program
• Provides first aid/emergency treatment to employees.
• Asses patient condition, administer medication and treatment.
• Screens applicants to ensure that they are fit to work
• Assist that Admin Head in developing and implementing health program.
• Ensures compliance and submission of needed reports to DOLE such as annual exposure data, accident/illness report, annual medical report and other related report.
• Ensure that returning employees from sick leave are duly covered with fit to work certificate from physician
• Provides security and safety orientation to employees and contractors.
• Administer over the counter medicines to employees for common illness.
• Conduct medical surveillance and submit monthly report to Admin.
