The Community Services Coordinator for the Mobile Community Health (MCH) program provides direct community-based outreach and overdose response services while serving as the operational lead for the MCH team. This role combines community engagement, care coordination, and research implementation responsibilities. 

Among the key duties of this position are the following:

Conducts community outreach to connect individuals with opioid treatment programs and MOUD providers.

Responds alongside EMS providers to 911 and overdose calls, providing care navigation, support services, and linkage to care.
