Position Overview

We’re looking for a dedicated and efficient Community Services Administrator to provide general administrative support for our Community Services Department.

This is a new permanent part‑time position, offering 10 hours per week (5 days a week).

In this role, you will:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Community Facilities Team.
  • Keep the team organised - processing requisition orders, correspondence, and follow‑ups.
  • Ensure greater resilience and continuity of service by providing back up support to the Team Leader during absences and peak workloads.
  • Build great relationships across Council and with community partners.
  • Help create an environment where people feel informed, connected, and supported.
