Job Role:

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday. 9.00 to 17.00.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Working on caseload of community clients. Care Act Assessments and completion of care plans. Duty work. Assisting in depot clinics and wellbeing clinic-ECG. Liaising with community and statutory services.

SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: Understanding of mental health and impact on clients. MDT working. Good communication skills.
