We are looking to recruit a part‑time registered nurse to work within the Amber Valley Community nursing service. This role involves managing referrals, providing evidence‑based care to patients in their own homes, and supporting junior staff and senior colleagues in the health care environment.
Key duties include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individualized patient care, promoting self‑care, maintaining privacy and dignity, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team (therapy, general practice, specialist services).
