What You’ll Be Doing

Comprehensive Care: You'll lead systematic nursing assessments that consider the whole person—including their culture, environment, and psychology.

Collaborative Planning: Working side‑by‑side with service users, their carers, and a multi‑disciplinary team, you'll co‑create person‑centered care plans that actually mean something to the individual.

Clinical Excellence: You'll act as a mentor and leader, ensuring our practice stays in line with NICE guidance while delivering hands‑on care and evaluation.

Service Evolution: From facilitating Depot and Clozapine clinics to driving Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives, you'll help us constantly find better ways to serve our community.
