Under general direction perform administrative and public relations work in coordinating and presenting information, training, promotional programs, and media releases for Manpower at the City of Tulsa Animal Welfare department.

**Essential Tasks:**

+ Develop and manage public relations and information programs
+ Design and produce publications, media releases, and promotional materials
+ Promote community awareness and education about department programs
+ Create brochures, flyers, posters, and audio/visual materials with Canva and other tools for a variety of platforms but specifically social media
