Salary Range: $24.00 hr.

NOTE: The hourly rate is $24/hr. and a fixed entry rate for this position, which applies to all new hires. While our system may display a pay range, this role’s starting rate is non-negotiable. As a Community Event Specialist for Wayfair Stores, you’ll bring our brand to life through engaging, community-focused events that drive customer traffic and local awareness. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of People Operations, you’ll lead event execution from supplier demos to community gatherings while ensuring seamless logistics and staffing.
