This job description outlines the Community Engagement Specialist’s objective, primary responsibilities, and/or requirements and qualifications.

Objective: The Community Engagement Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies that increase brand awareness, build community partnerships, and generate client leads. This combines business development, community outreach, and marketing execution to achieve measurable growth in both client acquisition and retention.

Reports to: Management Team
