Community Crisis Stabilization Clinician - Weekend Relief



The CCS Clinician works within the Adult CCS component of the larger Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) and is primarily responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments inclusive of the use of standardized assessment tools for suicide risk, brief crisis counseling, individualized risk management/safety planning, psychoeducation, discharge planning, and care coordination.



In this exciting role, the Clinician will:


+ provide direct clinical services to clients in the CCS (individual and group treatment, family meetings, treatment team meetings)

+ complete clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, discharge summaries)

+ complete concurrent reviews with insurance companies, case management and discharge planning
