Are you passionate about helping people maintain independence and choice in their daily lives? We’re seeking a flexible and empathetic Community Support Worker to provide personalised support under the Consumer Directed Care model in the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network.

In this role, you’ll support aged, frail, or disabled individuals—whether living at home or in Residential Aged Care—by assisting with personal care, cleaning, meal preparation, transport, and social support.
