As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by handling enquiries efficiently and professionally, managing accurate data entry and timely submission of backend documentation for your assigned branch, actively supporting marketing and event initiatives, fostering strong relationships and effective communication among co‑working members, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the company’s brand image, and continuously developing your communication and operational skills while working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the overall success of the branch.
